Terms and Conditions for Donations

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the donation services provided by One Planet One Earth Foundation Inc, a non-profit organization registered in San Jose, Bulacan, Philippines, through its official website https://oneplanetoneearthfoundation.org.
By donating to our Foundation, you agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose of Donations
All donations made to One Planet One Earth Foundation Inc are used exclusively to support our charitable programs, campaigns, and administrative operations necessary to achieve our mission.
2. Donations Are Final
All donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is completed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or disputed unless there was a proven technical or processing error.
3. Receipts and Records
Donors will receive a confirmation email and an official donation receipt upon successful transaction. This receipt may be used for tax deduction purposes, subject to the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
4. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy. All personal information provided during the donation process is protected under our Data Privacy Law. We do not sell or share donor information with third parties, except as required by law or with authorized service providers for transaction processing.
5. Payment Processing
Donations are securely processed by our third-party payment gateway provider. By donating, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the payment provider. We are not liable for any issues arising from their platform.
6. Use of Funds
One Planet One Eart Foundation Inc ensures that all donations are used responsibly in accordance with our objectives. The Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds to the area of greatest need, unless the donation was explicitly made for a specific program or campaign.
7. Fraudulent Transactions
If a donation is suspected to be fraudulent or made without the donor’s authorization, please contact us immediately at info@oneplanetoneearthfoundation.org. We will take appropriate action, which may include reporting the incident to financial institutions and authorities.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Your continued use of our website or donation services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
